THE APPOINTMENT


A team of operators is standing by to schedule an appointment in order to evaluate the moving project properly.



STEP 2
THE MEETING
A moving consultant visits the premises to be moved and the customer answers some relevant questions; this enables the evaluator to:
  1. accurately assess your needs;
  2. develop a precise and practical moving strategy;
  3. plan the operation correctly.


STEP 3
THE COST ESTIMATE


This estimate allows you to determine your approximate investment in the move. It lists:
  1. The services which are offered;
  2. The date;
  3. The operational time(s).

STEP 4
THE PREPARATIONS
The customer is provided a list of procedures to follow prior to the move.

STEP 5
MOVING DAY
A co-ordinator is on site to direct the moving crew, ensuring that all services indicated on the production cost estimate are rendered.

Despiste all precautions, breakage can occur. Should such an incident arise in the course of our services, proceed as follows:


  1. Report the breakage immediately to the on-site personnel providing the service(s). We also request that the client mail a letter to our offices, advising of the incident;
  2. If the damage is minor, the damaged furniture or item will be repaired by a qualified person;
  3. If the damage is major, an insurance policy will cover replacement of the item.
